Place an Order Online We strive to keep our website simple and easy to navigate, so we've created these tutorials to help our customers through the most common tasks able to be performed using our site. Placing an order online will hopefully be a pleasant and quick experience, and we hope these references can help you achieve just that! This tutorial does assume that you are a new customer to our website, so as to provide a walk-through of the most basic steps you must take to place an order online. Ready to start shopping? Here we go!: Step 1: To start shopping on our website simply choose a category link at the top of the page. Each link will open a new category page that will list its subcategories and an array of products (if applicable). Step 2: Adding products to your cart is as easy as a click of a button! After you have added products to your cart, you will have many options to edit your cart or begin the checkout process. Step 3: Once you begin checking out, you will have three options for completing your customer information. (For a complete guide to creating a new account with us, see How To.. Create a New Account.) Step 4: Step one of the checkout process requires you to complete your shipping and billing information. Step 5: Step two requires you to select a payment and shipping method. Step 6: Step four requires your selected payment method's payment information. This is the second to last screen of the checkout process, and once you continue from this page, your order will be completed and an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Step 7: This is the final screen of the checkout process. We recommend that you print your order invoice for your records. Step 8: This is a sample of the e-mail invoice you will receive if you provided us with an e-mail address. Now all that's left to do is wait for your package from Nordic Needle to arrive!
