My first instruction book! This is the best way to start this wonderful hobby if there is no one to teach you. Having mastered the basic skills just over a year ago using this as my 'bible', I'm now in the middle of a project to make a tablecloth which is over three meters long - and loving every minute of it, from planning the design onwards. I don't intend having any fabric showing when it is completed as I want to try out all the lovely stitches in this book, and its companion Fundamentals Made Fancy.
