I did this for my parent's 50th. I thought the ribbon roses were too heavy so I found a hardanger heart pattern and substituted that. The pattern also had a pillow with a different border. The pillow or external border has different corners, so I replaced the corners with the one from the pillow and added the buttons. Because the pattern is so well designed, it is easy to add your own flair. I'm working on a second one for some friends and am enjoying it as much as the first. Highly recommended.
