I bought this long ago, when it was sold in a small brown container. My sister recommended it, and boy, was she right. We both agree that one should never clean antique samplers, nor even our own stitched ones unless absolutely necessary. However, if it has to be done, this is THE product to use. It's worked beautifully for me and I recommend it without reservation if you really need it. Linens and silk threads aside, I've used it on old cotton table runners, napkins, etc., when they have foxing or other stains. It doesn't always work, though, and you'll still have to boil and bleach sometimes.
"I love your newsletter. I have been to your store several times, back when we lived in southwest Minnesota. The four hour trip to get there was always worth it!! Now that I live in Michigan, I haven't been able to visit the store, but I eagerly await your catalog, and visit your online site often. Thanks for your great catalogs and your newsletter. - Beth"
