- If we are out of stock of an item, we will note this in the back order column of your invoice.
- As soon as we receive the item, we will send it to you. There will be no charge to your credit card until the item is shipped, and you will not be charged additional shipping for the backorder shipment.
- Occasionally, we will hold an order for merchandise we expect to receive in our warehouse very soon, to avoid backorders and second shipments.
- If you have paid with PayPal, your order will not be shipped until all items are available for shipment. You will be notified that one or more items were backordered and asked if any other arrangements should be made.
