Special Order Information

Special orders ARE special, and we want you to be a satisfied customer. As your trusted needlework resource, Nordic Needle will special order almost any product that is carried by our manufacturers. However:

• Before we commit to getting an item, we first need to find out if the item is possible to get. We also need to clarify that manufacturers vary greatly on special order delivery time, so estimated times of arrival are not guaranteed, if at all. Some manufacturers require minimum orders, and your order may not be submitted into our system until the qualifying total order has been placed.
• Special order items are not able to be canceled, and non-returnable and will be marked as such on the items line item invoice description.
• All special orders will be treated as separate orders, invoiced and shipped separately from regular stock items and incur separate shipping charges, unless they are foreign orders, and the special ordered item is expected to arrive within a few weeks.
• All Special orders under $20.00 (per manufacturer) may be subject to a handling fee in order to facilitate the research necessary to determine availability etc.
• Certain special order items that are non-returnable to the manufacturer will require a pre-payment in full. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable.
