Many thanks to Janine (one of our subscribers) for pointing out the following software bug/workable fix for those of you on AOL who are unable to view the html version pictures:

Just opening and reading your mail won't do it. For aol users they have to save the newsletter adding the "HTML" name to the saved file name (i.e. you would save the message as "nordicnewsletter.HTML". Then when they open it while still on aol it will be in the right format.

Unfortunately, this is a software bug that is obviously out of our control, akin to a person attempting to get their first class mail through the eye of a needle.
