The inspiration for this design came from a calendar Sharon had on her desk. After looking at the flower for a month she decided she had to stitch it but she didn't know its name. Finally after searching through her son's Botanical encyclopedia she found it. It is a variety of the Naval Wort-Blue-Eyed Mary. The design is pre-printed onto cream fabric and the yellow beads are also included with the pattern. The stitches used include bullion and cast-on double stitch. The design size is 3.5" x 4" stitched with EdMar rayon.
