"Just needed to write a note to say how much I am enjoying your NEWSLWTTER and infomation about the history of the store, its products,the retreats, etc. ... Early in my teaching career in Weyburn, Saskatchewan, I had decided to start a Master's Program at North Dakota State University and while there one summer, I had taken my hardanger project with me. Wanting to purchase some different colors of DMC pearl cotton, I had enquired where I could find this thread and was directed to the BLOCK 6, where I met Sue and Roz in their tiny little store with an amazing array of colors of thread and fabric. Seeing these materials inspired me to purchase some materials and of course threads to match. I continue to do hardanger and have taught a number of classes as well. On a number of travels into North Dakota, I have taken the opporunity to visit the store and was lucky enough to be through there on several occasions when the award winning articles were in display. Congratulations on 35 years of business. It's been interesting to follow the success of the business over the years. Judy"
