Lay the paper onto the piercing pad with the pattern on top of the paper. Use a piercing tool to pierce the pattern onto the paper. Piercing pad is a dense foam that will be usable over and over again. It is also called a pricking cushion. This pricking pad measures approximately 6" x 8" and is .75" thick (size may vary slightly).
