"I just want to let you know how much I enjoy your newsletters, and especially the story of the history of the shop. Owning our own business, I know how hard it is to get things started, how much work is involved in growing your business, and how sometimes personalities rub against one another! It is wonderful how Sue and Roz built an interesting, creative business out of literally, nothing, and continued to work together for so many years.
