There are different species of Dogwood. Sharon's Yosemite Dogwood is native to the Pacific Northwest where Sharon was raised. She says "These beautiful trees seem to float in the Valley breeze, their creamy blossoms are like pearls amongst the evergreens and granite cliffs." The stitches used are long-short straight stitches, bullions, cast-ons, Palestrina, stem stitch, leaf stitch and French knots. The design can be finished as a card insert, with the ivory card included in the chartpack. The design is a 2.5" x 3.5" oval and pre-printed on ivory cloth.
