Butterfly Temari #1976B
- Intermediate Skill level
Two beautiful butterflies stitched in shades of purple have an obi of fans and pine needle designs arranged between. The butterfly is a layered kiku herringbone design stitched in a large triangle of the combination 6 division. To be successful with this design, Barbara suggests that you should already be able to make a round ball, mark a combination 8 division, stitch a kiku herringbone, spindle, and pine needle. This is an intermediate, 6 page pattern. Suggested supplies: 31cm circumference ball (or larger) in white; scrap sewing thread (any color); Rainbow Gallery Treasure Braid Petite PB201, Nordic Gold ND10; DMC size 5 pearl cotton 550, 553, 211, 369.
