No One Likes BO (back orders)
We try our very best to keep our inventory as accurate as possible, but sometimes items slip through, and even though we don't have any in stock, an order is placed and a sneaky back order is created. Back-orders can delay orders depending on many factors, and we want to get your products out to you as quickly as possible!
We will always do our best to communicate with you about your order.
If your order contains a back-order, we will notify you via e-mail with the options for your order. This could be to provide a substitution option, move the backorders to a separate order (shipping charges may apply), or to cancel the backordered items.

Special Order Information
Special orders are special, and we want you to be happy. We will always do our very best to locate and order the products you need to get stitching! There are just a few policies to keep in mind:
Special orders must be purchased separately from regular stock items and are not eligible for coupons or discounts; they will be invoiced and shipped separately from regular stock items and incur separate shipping charges.
Manufacturers vary greatly on special order delivery time, so estimated times of arrival are not guaranteed. Some manufacturers require minimum orders, and your order may not be submitted into our system until the qualifying total order has been placed.
Special order items are not able to be canceled and are non-returnable, and will be marked as such on the items line item invoice description.
All Special orders under $20.00 (per manufacturer) may be subject to a handling fee in order to facilitate the research necessary to determine availability.
Certain special order items that are non-returnable to the manufacturer will require a pre-payment in full. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable.
